Tier

.

S tier - Mario would've not been top 3 if he didn't have amazing results such as 1st place on EVO 2016 and CEO 2016. Diddy and Sheik have the best neutrals in the game and get amazing results compared to the rest of the cast.

A tier - Rosalina, while still a pretty solid character, she doesn't get as much amazing results like the S tier characters do. Marth has been doing well with players such as MKleo and Pugwest. MKleo made 1st place in Genesis 4 and 2GGT: ZeRo Saga with Marth, making him top 10. Ryu doesn't get significant results as much anymore but he still can do well with his amazing combo game, so he's the last character in top 10.

B tier - Villager isn't top 15 because his neutral is predictable and can be dealt with if the player adapts and finds a way through his wall of projectiles. Villager is still B tier because his MU spread is pretty good and he can do well in tounrments and he has really good tools.

C tier - Yoshi is a bit underrated. He has great run and air speed, a pretty good fair with a big hitbox, he has jab to Down B as a kill confirm, and his Up B can force players to approach.

D tier - Luigi has an amazing combo game and his fire balls and jab can set up many things, he could potentially be C tier. Olimar would be E tier but ever since Dabuz beaten CaptainZach's Bayonetta with Olimar in grand finals, I believe Olimar is D tier, and could possibly be higher if people played him more.

E tier - Bowser and Robin are overrated. Robin, while having a pretty good projectile game and Checkmate being a good kill combo, he is slow and his neutral is somewhat predictable. Bowser has too many flaws to be D tier or higher. While he has a good grab game and is fast and strong, he is combo meat, has the biggest hurtbox, inferior frame data compared to the rest of the cast, and has no safe landing options besides debatibly Side B.

F tier - Pac-Man is falling in the meta-game as nobody plays him as much due to Abandongo dropping him over Mewtwo. Pac-man's Neutral is predictable and isn't hard to deal with and his MU spread isnt very good. Duck Hunt would've been at G tier instead of F tier if brood didn't beat ZeRo and some other amazing Diddy main in Genesis 4. He could potentially be higher.

G tier - Ganondorf is a little underrated. While his Speed and recovery are terrible, his bair is pretty good, his Up Smash has low end lag, he can Ganoncide, Jab, F-tilt, and D-tilt are good spacing tools, and he has an arsenal of kill moves. WFT doesn't have the tools to do much in the neutral or any situation and all of her smash attacks have high end lag.

H tier - Doc has 2 flaws that make him bottom tier: Lack of range and bad mobility. The combination of these 2 weaknesses make a terrible character. His recovery is also pretty bad and he doesn't win any MU's imo.
