KOS-MOS

What's up, everyone? You may know me as the guy who likes Xenoblade. A lot. I also like Xenosaga, despite only having experience of Episode I. One of the characters in Xenosaga, KOS-MOS, is not only the most likely candidate for a second Namco rep, but would fit into Smash bros very well. KOS-MOS is unusual in the way that she is more likely to get into smash than the main character of the game, Shion, due to being more popular, and appearing in tons of Namco crossovers, while Shion only appeared in one of them. Shion would still make a really cool character for smash though, and I might make a separate blog post about her later.

Anyway, back to KOS-MOS. KOS-MOS is a battle android built for the purpose of defeating the Gnosis, which are basically phantoms from a sub-dimension, able to interact with real objects, but not able to be interacted with by real objects. KOS-MOS is able to bind the Gnosis to the real world using the Hilbert Effect, but she can do a lot more than just that.
KOS-MOS's entire body is a weapon. She can morph parts of her body into various weapons, or just straight up punch enemies to death. She is able to summon various weapons out of thin air as well, ranging from a scythe to massive machine guns.

When it comes to the moveset, I will state the name of several tech attacks. If you are unsure about what these tech attacks are, I recommend watching this video: [1].

Moveset

KOS-MOS has above average speed, but not overly fast as, say, Zero Suit Samus. But her speed is still above that of characters like Link. This lets her dish out a lot of damage quickly.

All of KOS-MOS' tilts, as well as her neutral combo, are fast kicks and punches, nothing fancy. Her Neutral Combo does not chain, rather being a series of 3 hits, much like many characters. Her aerial moves all attack with one of the “R” moves. For example, down air uses R-Hammer, while forward air uses R-Blade. Now onto the more important moves:

Forward Smash: R-Drill. KOS-MOS uses the R-Drill, however, the animation is shorter, and doesn't use the three hits before the main attack.

Down Smash: R-Hammer. KOS-MOS uses R-Hammer, and slams it down on both sides once.

Up Smash: R-Dragon. KOS-MOS uses R-Dragon, however, instead of jumping and firing it downwards, she fires it upwards, where it explodes shortly after.

Neutral Special: R-Cannon. KOS-MOS charges R-Cannon, and fires a powerful shot forward.

Side Special: R-Blade. KOS-MOS uses R-Blade, which works like a combination between Cloud's and Marth's side special.

Up Special: F-Scythe. KOS-MOS summons the F-Scythe, and preforms a jump attack similar to Shulk’s current Up B, complete with the optional second hit.

Down Special: S-Chain. KOS-MOS applies S-Chain on enemies directly in front. Affected enemies are slowed down for 5 seconds.

Final Smash: X-Buster. Not to be confused with the Mega Man X attack of the same name, KOS-MOS charges the X buster with a simplified version of the animation from Xenosaga, and fires a massive AOE in front that does massive damage.

Tell me what you think of my idea.
