Samus is a veteran fighter in the upcoming Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Her return was hinted in the first teaser trailer in March 2018 before being officially confirmed at the E3 2018 Conference on June 12, 2018. Samus' appearance in this game is modelled after her appearance in Metroid: Samus Returns.
